🌾 A deep, round willow basket built for actually carrying things — the kind you take into the woods for mushrooms, out to the bushes for berries, or down the garden path for whatever you've picked that day.

The body is woven in dark, warm unpeeled willow tones, with the occasional streak of gold or green from the natural bark showing through — no two rods dye or age quite the same, which is part of what gives it that lived-in, worked look rather than a uniform, machine-made one. The rim is braided by hand for strength (this is where a basket takes the most wear), and the handle is thick, sturdy, and wrapped tight enough to carry real weight without digging into your hand.

The rounded, bucket-like shape means it holds more than it looks like it should, and it sits steady on the ground when you set it down to fill both hands. It's built the way baskets meant for actual use have always been built — not fussy, just solid.
