Shipping policy

Each product is handmade to order, so the production time is 1–2 weeks. After production, the item is handed over to the carrier. Delivery time depends on the destination country (see below). The total time from order to receipt is production time plus delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. Approximate delivery times and prices:

• Lithuania – free, 3–5 working days
• Latvia – from €7.99, 1–3 working days
• European Union – from €5.99, 3–5 working days
• Other European countries (non-EU) – from €20, delivery time depends on the country
• United States – from €25, 3–10 working days
• Canada and other North America – from €19.90, 5–8 working days
• Australia, New Zealand – from €35, 10–15 working days
• Other countries worldwide – from €19, 1–15 working days (depending on the country)

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties or other taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient according to the laws of their country. We ship to the U.S. on a DDP basis, so all taxes are included in the total price and the recipient does not need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
